These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services, content, and interactions provided by The Right Buzz (“we”, “us”, “our”) to users, clients, podcast guests, or subscribers (“you”, “your”). By accessing our website, platform, mobile applications, or submitting content or payments, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us regarding your use of www.therightbuzz.co.uk and any related services, media, or applications.
Supplemental terms posted on the Site are incorporated by reference. We may modify these Terms at any time, updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
Users under the age of 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent to use our Site and services.

2. PODCAST SERVICES & FILES

File Ownership and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining secure copies of all podcast recordings, project files, and materials. We recommend multiple backups.
Our website uses the Wix Podcast Player to provide podcast episodes. Some episodes or all episodes may include advertising. The podcast player is classified as a Functional cookie, required for site functionality, and does not set tracking cookies for advertising or profiling purposes.
By using our website, you consent to the use of this functional service, which ensures that podcast episodes play correctly.

File Deletion and Access

We may delete or restrict access to any files or recordings at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

Services and files are provided “as is.” We are not liable for lost, corrupted, or damaged files, or any consequential damages.
Claims against us are limited to the amount you have paid for the affected project.

Music Submissions:

You confirm you own the rights to any music you submit.
Submitted music may be used on The Right Buzz radio show and website.

7. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES & ADVERTISERS

We are not responsible for the content or transactions on third-party websites or advertisements linked to our Site.
Advertisers are responsible for their content and compliance with applicable laws.
When you pay via PayPal or other payment services, we may receive your name, email, and billing information. We will use this information solely to process your payment, verify consent for content use, and deliver services. We will not share, sell, or use your payment details for marketing without your explicit permission. All transaction records will remain with PayPal, and we have no ability to delete or alter this activity.

10. PRIVACY

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Data may be transferred and processed in the United States.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

11. DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA)

Payments are processed via PayPal. You will either receive a payment request through PayPal or be provided with a link to complete your payment via PayPal Checkout. All payments are final. No refunds will be issued, even if you decide not to proceed with the podcast interview or magazine feature, or if payment is made prior to providing consent. All transaction records will remain with PayPal, and we have no ability to delete or alter this activity.

Clients who have been featured in The Right Buzz Magazine are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable licence to display an official The Right Buzz feature badge on their website only.

The feature badge must:

Remain unaltered in design, colour, proportion, and wording
Be displayed as a clickable link that directs users solely to the official magazine section at www.therightbuzz.co.uk/magazines
Be used only in direct connection with the published feature

The feature badge may only be downloaded from The Right Buzz Google Drive using the designated “Click Here” link provided. The badge must not be used in printed materials, paid advertising, social media promotions, third-party platforms, or any other medium without prior written consent from The Right Buzz.

All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and branding associated with The Right Buzz, remain the exclusive property of The Right Buzz. Permission to use the feature badge may be withdrawn at any time, without notice, if the badge is misused or if the feature relationship is terminated.
