Hodges, James & Smith was an American soulful female trio and a brainchild of Motown producer William Stevenson. They were intended to rival The Supremes, but never quite achieved that. They were previously called Hodges, James, Smith & Crawford. We had the best time with Patrica on The Right Buzz radio and we loved how she shared her memories with Elvis Presley and rolling around with her band back in the day. To us, it's like an old-time film but to Pat it's her memory. Pat hit rock bottom and you can find out why below called This Time. THIS TIME follows six diverse recording artists on the verge of their next moment in the spotlight. They’ve sung back-up for Elvis Presley, Aretha Franklin and Jimmy Hendrix, been homeless while their songs were on the charts and struggled to fill tiny cabarets while battling self-sabotage and the brutal realities of the music industry. With a soaring soundtrack of extraordinary music, THIS TIME takes you from the streets of South Central Los Angeles to New York’s Park Avenue on a unique and unflinching musical journey about dedication to an art form and the transformative power of creativity. Starring: The Sweet Inspirations, Pat Hodges, Bobby Belfry, Peitor Angell, Cissy Houston. The Sweet Inspirations are Estelle Borwn, Portia Griffin and Myrna Smith.

Moving on, we have a good friend who is sadly no longer with us ( Steve Harris) who gave us a gift to interview these amazing celebs and icons in Motown and we thank you so much for this. You can also check out the interview with Steve Harris & Patrica Hodges and you can also check out the amazing interview we did with Patrica by clicking here. A massive thank you to Andre L Pittmon, Patrica Hodges, Steve Harris, Andy J Ross, Richard Barnett, and everyone else for making this happen for us at The Right Buzz Radio. celebs with podcasts
